Goals

IMPACT realizes a cross-fertilization of the economic, industrial, cultural and academic world. This involves those sectors that have the greatest growth potential: the creative and innovative industries and organizations. Impact stimulates innovative projects, where the input of scientists, technicians and artists is bundled. Together they search for new processes, products and artistic expressions. The public can become acquainted with these projects through exhibitions, stage productions and festivals.
The project is based on a series of actions and three key words: creation, innovation, training.

Objectives

  • Development of a creative pool in the arts, sciences and technologies.
  • Development of cross-sectoral innovation and cross-fertilisation between arts, sciences and technologies.
  • Growth of the innovation potential of SMEs and research centres.
  • Developing growth potential within the cultural and creative industries and new technologies sectors.

Strategies

  • Cross-border cooperation
  • Cross-sectoral and open innovation
  • Innovation through culture
  • Cross-border mobility
  • Cross-sector training

IMPACT in the Euregio

Impact developed a large number of innovative projects in the Euregio. Some of them were made clear to the public, embedded in a wide and varied range of innovative art. Scientists, musicians, dancers, creators of visual arts were encountered alongside conferences, workshops and master classes.
